CRN 24 on Rule of Law, State-Building and Transition is pleased to announce that we have nine panels scheduled throughout the Berlin meeting.  One of them will be a roundtable discussion that we hope can serve as a platform for both substantive discussion and developing the agenda for the CRN.  We will be posting a schedule soon and look forward to seeing you in Berlin.
