There are 8 panels altogether as part of this IRC, with 31 papers.  A separate email listserv
has been established for persons participating in this IRC.  All interested persons are
encouraged to join this listserv by contacting the IRC organizer, William C. Whitford, at
whitford@mailplus.wisc.edu.  By joining the listserv it is possible to get copies of papers in
advance of the conference, as well as as separate schedule (including location of panels)
for just the panels for this IRC.  There will be information about informal social events for
participants in IRC as well.
